*We suggest a minimum of 1 weeks notice for personalized trips. Reservations are based on availability with a minimum 3 hour reservation. Fixed per hour rate is charged in addition to pickup rate (no mileage charge). Wheelchair and ambulatory with assistance clients only.

• Door to Door: We will pick you up from your home's curbside or front door in your
  wheelchair. If you do not have a wheelchair, we will provide one at no extra cost.
  

• Door thru Door (wheelchair): We will provide assistance in getting you from inside
  your home to your destination. Please contact us if you have stairs or other accessibility barriers
  to your home. Also provide us with your height and weight to assure the proper transport
  equipment is provided.
  

• Door thru Door (gurney): Transportation of medically stable individuals for hospital
  discharges, care home transfers and those unable to be seated for the duration of the transport.
  

• Ambulatory (Minimal assistance): This service is for clients who can walk short
  distances but require assistance in and out of vehicles.
  

• *Personalized trips:  Need to go shopping? Mail a package? Meet friends for lunch and
  don't want to wait? You can book a block of time and The Transport Guy will pick you up, take you
  to your destinations, wait for you while you eat, shop and complete your errands, then return you
  home safely.
